Vice President of Data Analytics

To build and scale the Data & Analytics function, the full-time salaried Vice President of Data Analytics will own the data strategy, architecture, and analytics capabilities while collaborating across various departments to enhance care delivery and demonstrate client value in a remote-first environment. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the company-wide data strategy and roadmap, aligning infrastructure with clinical outcomes and business growth Oversee executive reporting and analytics, delivering consistent metrics and actionable recommendations across clinical performance and operational metrics Lead a high-performing team in data engineering and analytics, establishing processes for stakeholder alignment and quality assurance Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or applied data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven success in building or scaling a data function in a startup or growth-stage digital health company Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in cloud data warehouses and business intelligence tools Healthcare data experience, including EHRs and claims data, with the ability to reconcile longitudinal records Experience delivering secure, governed data products for nontechnical users, emphasizing quality and reproducibility
