Job Details Position Description: This role assesses patient needs, reviews history and diagnostics, formulates and revises care plans, and provides direct patient care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. The nurse delegates and supervises activities of the healthcare team, ensures continuity of care, and participates in research activities and quality improvement. Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification; experience in the clinical area for which applying is desired; and a minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting in the past 12 months. Schedule: Shift time is days, with 12-hour shift hours and minimum of 36 hours per week. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and professional certification are preferred. Additional Information: This role interacts with various staff levels, physicians, patients, and families, prioritizing patient data to provide optimal care. It involves standing, walking, and physical activity, with the potential to lift up to 75 pounds, and requires effective communication.
