SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Position Details Title: Shift Supervisor Location: 9336 Washington Boulevard, Culver City, CA 90232 Schedule: Full time, Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Requirement: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience and some hotel experience. Internal employee referral bonus available. Pay Range: $26.50 – $29.50 per hour Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who do not meet performance standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Act as contact person for employees with complaints or time‑off requests. Mentor, develop employees, and encourage them to set goals and strive for advancement. Perform other duties as assigned.
