Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic interventions following the PT plan of care
- Document patient progress and response to treatment
- Empower patients through education and home exercise programs
- Communicate patient status clearly to the supervising PT
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- You are a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- You hold an active state PTA license (or are able to obtain one)
- You can follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in physical therapy and therapeutic interventions
- Strong patient documentation abilities
- Experienced in patient education and home exercise programs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Committed to infection control and safety protocols
