Engagement Coordinator

Perspective Wealth Advisors is hiring an Engagement Coordinator: in-office role built around one mission: drive engagement and turn it into booked meetings for our advisors . That means you’re the person creating the content that gets us noticed, watching who’s engaging with it, picking up the phone to deepen that interest, and ultimately getting qualified prospects on our advisors’ calendars. You’re not handing off between departments, you own the entire process. A post turns into a click, a click turns into a conversation, a conversation turns into a meeting. That’s your lane. What You’ll Do Pick up the phone and call — daily (30-40 calls a day). Warm leads, webinar attendees, email engagers, referral introductions, and 401(k) plan contacts where we have tangible value to offer. Qualify prospects and book discovery or fit meetings directly onto our advisors’ calendars. Own referral scheduling end to end: when a client or partner sends a name, you call, email, and get them booked, then hand a warm, qualified meeting to the advisor. Follow up with prospects who haven’t yet scheduled: your job is to close that gap, not wait for them to come back on their own. Keep HubSpot contacts clean and organized: accurate records, proper tagging, and no stale or duplicate entries. Create Visibility & Drive Engagement Help film short-form video content with our advisors, come prepared with topics, set up the shot, keep it moving. Post and recirculate content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms, if a post performed well, bring it back. Keep a content calendar that makes posting consistent and intentional and adjust based on what’s gaining traction. Plan and support webinar and event promotion, help drive registrations and follow up with attendees afterward. Keep our social media presence active without needing to be told what to post next. Watch engagement across every channel, email clicks, webinar attendees, new followers, comments, reactions, and flag who’s warming up. Run warm, genuine outreach by phone, email, DM, and comment to deepen relationships with engaged prospects. Move leads through our tracking stages in HubSpot, you’ll know where every prospect stands and what the next touch should be. What We’re Looking For Full-cycle mindset — You own the full funnel. You’re not just posting content or just making calls, you see how one feeds the other and you run the whole thing. Bias toward action — An executor, not a strategist. You come in and do the work, film the video, make the calls, post the content. Genuinely excited to pick up the phone. Not everyone is, and that’s fine, but this role requires someone who is. Cold calls included when there’s a clear value proposition to lead with. Hungry to learn — Coachable, self-directed, and eager to grow into something bigger. Able to keep a CRM (HubSpot) clean and up to date. You’ll be in it every day. Organized enough to run a call list, a content calendar, and a referral pipeline simultaneously without things falling through the cracks. Interest in financial services is a plus, we’ll teach you what you need to know. What We Offer $25–$30/hr plus a bonus tied directly to meetings booked and clients converted. Physical Requirements: The physical requirements for this in-person office job include the ability to sit for extended periods, use hands for tasks such as typing, handling documents, and operating office equipment, as well as reach with arms and hands. Clear communication through talking and hearing is essential, and close visual acuity is required for tasks like analyzing data, transcribing, using a computer, reading printed materials. The role also demands the ability to adjust focus for both close and distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.
