Teacher Residency Training Specialist

Chicago Public Schools (CPS) is seeking a Training Specialist to support the Teacher Residency Program by creating and delivering professional development for pre-service teachers. The role is full-time and exempt, with salary paid on a regular basis. The Training Specialist will curate content, coordinate with experts, and work across CPS sites to ensure high-quality learning experiences and strong resident support.
