Clinical Pharmacist – Full-Time (NJ License Required)

Location: Montville, New Jersey

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

The Clinical Pharmacist will play a key role in clinically managing patient care within an infusion/homecare environment. This position focuses on processing orders, conducting patient assessments, reviewing drug interactions, coordinating with physicians, and ensuring final product quality prior to dispensing. You will join a tight‑knit, highly collaborative team consisting of another pharmacist, two pharmacy technicians, and a general manager.

• Contacting MD offices to obtain, clarify, or update patient orders
• Communicating with patients and physician offices regarding continuation of service, discharge, or ongoing clinical needs
• Completing patient assessments for ongoing clinical management
• Processing orders and delivery tickets for continued service
• Reviewing drug interactions and ensuring clinical appropriateness
• Performing final product checks prepared by pharmacy technicians to ensure accuracy and alignment with MD orders
• Maintaining high standards of quality control and patient safety

• Active NJ Board of Pharmacy (BOP) License in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment and critical‑thinking skills
• Experience contacting MDs, speaking with patients, and managing clinical follow‑ups
• Experience completing patient assessments and processing orders
• Ability to work independently after training and manage multiple priorities
• Tech‑friendly and comfortable navigating multiple platforms

• Prior experience in infusion or homecare pharmacy
• Familiarity with the CPR operating system

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Montville, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
