• $90,000 base salary
• $5,000 Relocation
• Loan Assistance through NHSC and IHS

• 6-7 Patients Per Day 
• 3 Day Clinical / 2 Day Community Outreach
• No Weekends, No Call

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Dietitian (RD)

• Minimum 2 Years Experience with Diabetes
• Master’s in nutrition or public health
• Registered Dietitian

COMMUNITY Dietitian (RD)

• 2 Hours from Albuquerque, NM
• Indian Health Reservation grant-funded site
