Senior - R&D Tax Credits

Senior Associate - R&D Tax Credits Responsibilities Assist FTS leaders with the delivery of research and development (R&D) tax credit studies for various industries. Willingness to develop a deep understanding of various industries including Manufacturing, Agriculture, Construction, Healthcare and Technology. Demonstrated success in a business environment. Assist managers, directors, and principals with client consultations, technical interviews, calculation review, site visits, and report development. Mentor associates and other team members on their inspired career. Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience required Experience in business services or consulting preferred Eligible to sit for the CPA preferred Compensation The compensation range for this position varies by state: The compensation range for this position in California is: $87,000.00 - $146,000.00 The compensation range for this position in Illinois is: $74,000.00 - $131,000.00 The compensation range for this position in Massachusetts is: $87,000.00 - $141,000.00 The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $74,000.00 - $126,000.00 The compensation range for this position in New York is: $96,000.00 - $146,000.00 The compensation range for this position in Virginia is: $93,000.00 - $141,000.00 The compensation range for this position in Washington is: $80,000.00 - $136,000.00 Benefits We support our family members with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, and more.
