Program/Location: Acute Treatment Services (ATS)/ Brockton Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) Pay range: $20 - $24 per hour with differentials depending on shifts Status: Per Diem About Us High Point & Affiliated Organizations is a health and human service agency whose mission is to treat and prevent substance use disorders and mental illness. High Point has programs located throughout southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Recovery Specialist Duties & Responsibilities Applicants should have knowledge of substance use disorders & mental health conditions Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, & boundaries Complete property searches, monitor clients while maintaining a therapeutic, safe, & calm unit Observation & accounting of patients at all times insuring safety (hourly checks w/ documentation) Escorting patients to meals & fresh air breaks Attends required meetings & mandatory trainings Recovery Specialist Qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent GED High Point’s main objective is to ensure employees and their families lead fulfilling and healthy lives.
