Responsibilities: Step into classrooms and follow lesson plans provided by lead teachers Supervise and engage children (infants through preschool age) Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment Support children’s social, emotional, and language development Assist with classroom transitions, meals, and playtime Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Maintain daily communication with staff and leadership Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED required 1–3 years of experience in a licensed childcare facility Strong classroom management and communication skills Preferred: CDA (Child Development Associate) Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education #J-18808-Ljbffr American Care Academy
