Dispatcher (Part-Time) – Castro & Sons LLC

Castro & Sons LLC is looking for a reliable and experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team. We are seeking a motivated professional with strong communication, leadership, and technology skills who can help manage daily operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers/routes efficiently
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members professionally
• Monitor schedules and adjust routes when needed
• Use routing and dispatch software effectively
• Handle incoming calls and operational support
• Assist in managing and supporting dispatch operations

Requirements

• Bilingual: English & Spanish required
• Previous dispatching experience preferred
• Strong call center experience will also be considered
• Managerial or leadership experience required
• Strong knowledge of routing software and technology systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Position Details

• Part-time position
• Starting pay: $18–$20 per hour (depending on experience)
• Opportunity for growth into a full-time position
