Strategic Origination: Proactively sourcing new third‑party property management opportunities across multiple asset classes, focusing on high‑value targets and strategic market expansion. Relationship Mastery: Developing, nurturing, and leveraging high‑level relationships with private owners, family offices, investors, receivers, lenders, brokers, attorneys, and other key real‑estate professionals. Market Intelligence: Identifying under‑performing or transitioning assets where a change in management is not just beneficial, but critical for value optimization. Monitoring market trends, ownership changes, loan distress, and acquisition activity to stay ahead of the curve. End‑to‑End Execution: Leading the business development life cycle from initial outreach and strategic pitching through comprehensive proposal generation and final contract execution.
