Registered Nurse (Per Diem)
Provident Behavioral Health
Role: Provide safe, competent nursing care in a busy hospital setting, supporting patient-centered care principles. Responsibilities: Supervise and guide healthcare team members, demonstrate service excellence, and ensure compliance with facility policies and standards. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a BSN preferred. Requires one year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within 6 months of hire. Must hold a valid RN license in Nevada, along with current BLS, ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications as applicable. Must pass pre-employment assessments. Skills and Key Duties: Strong leadership, teamwork, and professionalism; adherence to safety and quality standards; commitment to patient-centered care; ability to oversee staff and coordinate care delivery effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
