Solara is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team on a part-time basis . We are committed to providing compassionate, individualized ABA services that empower children and families across Utah

Position Details

• Position: Part-Time BCBA
• Locations: Seymour in clinic and in home
• Schedule: Flexible part-time hours
• Setting: home-based
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Provide parent training and caregiver support
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Complete clinical documentation and insurance-required reports
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and educational teams
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• AZ licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
