The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance clients, ensuring their coverage needs are met while delivering excellent customer service. Manage day-to-day services for personal insurance accounts (home, auto, renters, umbrella, etc.) Review coverage and identify gaps or opportunities for upselling. Provide quotes and explain policy options to clients; handle billing questions, claims support, and general inquiries. Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system and build strong relationships to retain and grow the client base!

3- 5+ years of insurance industry experience. Must be knowledgeable of coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting, legislative changes, etc. Alabama P&C License . Bachelors Degree. Will consider entry-level candidates looking to get into the insurance industry.

Normal Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Criminal/Drug screening.
