Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the Operating Room setting throughout the scheduled day shift
• Assist surgical teams in perioperative procedures, ensuring patient safety and quality care standards
• Participate in required on-call shifts as part of the role's scheduling obligations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical staff to maintain efficient OR workflow

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington or compact license eligibility
• Experience working in an Operating Room specialty setting
• Ability and willingness to fulfill required on-call shift obligations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Charge RN experience in an Operating Room or surgical environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills suitable for charge responsibilities
