Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Fredericktown, Ohio

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), including SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
• Experience or strong interest in working within pediatric and school settings
• Skills related to teletherapy, in-person, or hybrid service delivery as needed
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to a caseload of 49 elementary students
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student outcomes
• Provide consultation and support for classroom-based strategies and generalization of skills
• Participate in IEP meetings, student reviews, and team planning sessions
• Adapt therapy approaches for on-site and teletherapy formats, as needed
