Crestfield Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support sales performance tracking, CRM accuracy, pipeline reporting, and day-to-day operational planning.

This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who is comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and sales systems while helping commercial teams stay organized and informed.

• Maintain accurate opportunity and account data in CRM systems

• Support pipeline reporting and sales activity tracking

• Prepare routine performance reports and internal updates

• Review sales data for inconsistencies and missing information

• Track deadlines, open items, and follow-up activity

• Support sales forecasting and account review preparation

• Maintain sales process documentation and internal trackers

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams on reporting needs

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Good attention to detail

• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Previous sales operations, reporting, business operations, or analytical experience is preferred
