As our Food & Beverage Supervisor , you'll play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for every guest. You'll support and motivate a talented team, ensure smooth daily operations, and help maintain the high standards of service that make Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa a premier destination.
What You'll Do- Lead, coach, and inspire food and beverage team members
- Supervise daily restaurant and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service
- Train and develop staff to maintain outstanding hospitality standards
- Monitor inventory and coordinate supply orders as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining areas
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions and concerns
- Partner with management to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability
- Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A positive attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
