Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist license

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary-age students
• Deliver direct therapy services, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to integrate therapy goals into daily routines
• Document services and student responses accurately and in compliance with district and state standards
• Participate in meetings and provide input for IEP teams regarding student needs and progress
