Responsibilities- Set up and operate robotic welding machines to perform welding tasks efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure precise welding.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of robotic welding equipment.
- Monitor welding processes to ensure quality standards are met and make adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding or robotics preferred.
- Proven experience in robotic welding or a related field.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
