Junior Buyer
HIROTEC AMERICA Inc
Education And/Or Experience:
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; Internship or 0-2 years related experience. Strong communication skills.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in soliciting and reviewing requests for quote requisitions.
- Communicate with vendors to gather basic product or service information such as pricing and availability.
- Support the selection process by helping evaluate products and services.
- Help prepare and process purchase orders under supervision.
- Maintain accurate procurement records including items purchased, costs, delivery timelines, and inventory updates.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to defective or delayed goods.
- Follow up delivery schedules and expedite orders when necessary.
- Participate in internal meetings to ensure purchasing needs are met.
- May assist in supplier audits or visits under guidance.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
