PARK LEAD – Launch Family Entertainment Clearwater (Countryside Mall)

Hourly | Part-Time | High-Energy | Frontline Leadership | Multi-Zone Oversight | Must be 18+ | Launch Vibes Required | Weekend Availability Required

WHO YOU ARE:

You’re a natural leader who keeps calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and inspires others by example. You understand park operations, know how to prioritize in real time, and love jumping in wherever help is needed. You can confidently take charge in the absence of an Assistant Manager and still bring the Launch vibe.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Park Lead, you’ll be the go-to team lead on shift, supporting staff across all areas of the park including from arcarde and events to attractions and admissions. You’ll help keep things clean, safe, efficient, and fun all while ensuring every guest walks out wanting to come back.

Key responsibilities include:

• Act as the park point of contact in the absence of the Assistant Manager.
• Oversee frontline teams across all departments, ensuring service and safety standards are met.
• Open and/or close the building per operational procedures.
• Monitor attractions, Krave, Bar Hops, parties, and common areas to ensure efficient, friendly service.
• Step into roles as needed (food running, guest service, arcade resets, etc.).
• Support cash handling processes, till assignments, and POS troubleshooting.
• Address guest issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and enforce park safety policies.
• Assist with stocking, basic equipment checks, and minor issue resolution.
• Lead by example and coach team members on service, professionalism, and park standards.
• Communicate effectively with management about shift outcomes, guest feedback, and staff performance.

WHAT IT TAKES:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, or retail leadership is preferred.
• Proven ability to direct teams and handle guest-facing situations with professionalism.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong understanding of Launch standards and multi-department operations.
• Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and reliable work ethic.
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and peak event times.
