Handle renewals and service accounts from A to Z. Quote new and renewal business as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve departmental goals. Participate in community engagement initiatives as part of our company culture. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with a strong preference for candidates who can quickly adapt to our systems and processes. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
