Job Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to understand project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate cost assessments.
• Source and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
• Monitor project budgets and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all cost estimation activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and pricing to ensure competitive estimates.
