We are currently seeking a dedicated Unit Manager - RN/LPN to join our team. As a Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. Your leadership skills, clinical expertise, and commitment to excellence will make a significant impact on our organization.
Responsibilities
Supervise delivery of medications and treatments, as well as supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
Complete required admission and routine resident assessments
Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care
Support activities of daily living
Maintain clear, timely documentation
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice
Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset
