Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Costa Mesa, CA 92627
Pay Rate: $24.00-$27.00/hr

- Complete apartment turns and make-ready units
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs
- Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot maintenance-related issues
- Assist with groundskeeping and porter duties as needed
- Support the onsite maintenance team in daily operations
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment
- 6+ Maintenance experience in apartment, residential, commercial, retail, or hotel environments
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and general repairs
- Basic hand tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role
- HVAC experience
- Carpentry experience
- Appliance repair and troubleshooting experience
- Ability to safely move in and out of a variety of positions, including sitting, standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the workday
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
