Beginning in October

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, and documentation
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Maintain organized customer records and support daily office operations

Qualifications

Previous administrative or office experience required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
