- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, and documentation
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Maintain organized customer records and support daily office operations
- Previous administrative or office experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
