Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed by the teacher. Help prepare instructional materials, classroom displays, and learning resources. Monitor students during classroom activities, recess, lunch, and transitions. Support students with assignments, organization, and understanding lesson material. Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment. Help supervise students to ensure safety and appropriate behavior. Assist students with special needs as directed by teachers or support staff. Perform clerical tasks such as copying, filing, and organizing materials. Communicate effectively with teachers and school staff regarding student progress and needs. High School/Trade School degree preferred.
