– Greet and room patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient visit experience – Schedule patient appointments and answer phone inquiries accurately and professionally – Take vital signs and assist with clinical procedures such as drawing blood and administering vaccines – Support clinical staff with various duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations – Maintain a collaborative and positive relationship with the healthcare team – Support administrative functions including patient check-in and check-out procedures – Assist with on-site fee collection and support onsite dispensing activities – Participate in health education and outreach initiatives to promote patient wellness

– Minimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience, including externship – Strong computer skills and experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) – Ability to accurately draw blood and perform venipuncture – Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members – Attention to detail in clinical and administrative tasks – Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment

– Certification as a Medical Assistant is strongly preferred – Phlebotomy/venipuncture experience required – Experience with health education and outreach preferred – Schedule availability during clinic hours, including some days in August and September – High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification is a plus – Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a clinical setting in the region
