What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage the Full Hiring Cycle: Take ownership of the recruiting process, from sourcing and pre-screening candidates to facilitating interviews, extending offers, and assisting with new hire orientation.
• Be a Brand Ambassador: Serve as the primary representative for all applicants and newly hired employees, promoting our organization as an employer of choice.
• Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and implement creative recruitment plans using traditional sourcing strategies, applicant tracking software, job boards, social media, and community events to ensure staffing needs are continuously met.
• Leverage HR Technology: Utilize the ADP Workforce Now (WFN) Recruitment module to track candidates, assess applicants, and manage recruitment metrics and analytical reports.
• Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with hiring managers to identify critical job requirements, update job descriptions, and ensure consistency in all hiring practices.
• Provide Generalist Support: Assist as needed with day-to-day HR functions, including employee relations, training and development, and employee engagement activities.

What We Need From You:

• Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources OR a combination of 3+ years of professional HR/Recruiting experience.
• Technical Expertise (MUST HAVE): Hands-on, proven experience using ADP Workforce Now (WFN) , specifically the Recruitment module .
• Dynamic Skills: Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities. You must be able to prioritize competing responsibilities and manage multiple recruiting activities simultaneously.
• Agility: A critical thinker and problem-solver who can adapt to changing priorities and pivot as needed to meet pressing hiring deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide top-tier candidate and customer service.
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Urgency: Must be available to interview and begin working immediately!
