Construction Crew Leader / Lead Carpenter

Pool Construction Crew Leader / Carpenter Lothorian LLC seeks an experienced Pool Construction Crew Leader / Carpenter to supervise and work alongside a field crew on residential pool construction projects. Leadership & Job Site Management Lead and supervise pool construction crew members on active job sites. Assign daily tasks and coordinate workflow to keep projects on schedule. Ensure work is completed according to project plans and company standards. Maintain a safe and organized job site while enforcing company safety policies. Communicate progress, issues, and material needs with project managers and office staff. Train and mentor crew members and assistants. Construction & Carpentry Duties Perform general construction tasks related to residential pool installation. Build and install wooden structures including forms, framing, decking, and other carpentry components. Measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand and power tools. Assist with site preparation including excavation, grading, and layout. Install and assist with plumbing lines, equipment pads, and structural components. Set forms for concrete pours and assist with finishing work when needed. Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment. Maintain and properly use construction tools and equipment. Qualifications 3+ years of construction experience (pool construction preferred). Carpentry experience required (framing, form building, or deck construction). Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred. Ability to read basic construction drawings and measurements. Strong leadership and communication skills. Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 5 years. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lothorian-LL
