Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

To thrive in this position, you should have:

• A Master's degree in Communicative Disorders or a related field
• Current South Carolina SLP license
• South Carolina Educator Certification
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in working in school-based settings, particularly with elementary-aged students
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Providing therapy services to meet each student’s unique needs
• Collaborating with classroom teachers, special educators, families, and other professionals
• Monitoring student progress and maintaining thorough documentation
• Participating in team meetings and contributing expertise to guide student success
• Communicating effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress and goals
