Caregiver – Homecare (Per Diem)
About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our team and provide non‐medical support to clients in their homes. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others maintain independence, dignity, and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Ensure a safe home environment and follow care plans
- Maintain clear communication with the office regarding client updates
- Build rapport with clients and families through professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- Experience in homecare, elderly care, or caregiving
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Experience with hospice care or inpatient settings is a plus
