Des Moines Renaissance SaveryStepStone Hospitality managed hotel is looking for an ambitious and fun individual to join our hard-working food and beverage team. Our goal is to enhance the customer experience by having an enthusiastic staff to ensure event guests are well taken care of!Responsibilities:Load, run and unload dish machineKeep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycleWash and store all tableware and kitchenwareKeep dish room clean and organizedMaintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchenHandle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place all in designated containers and haul to dumpsterTransfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or by use of hand truck.Perform basic food prep as needed.Clean food preparation and production areas as required.Maintain health and sanitation standards.Requirements:Minimum lifting of 70 pounds.Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.Hearing.Minimum pulling of 70 pounds.Other duties may be assigned.Stepstone Hospitality and the Renaissance Des Moines Savery Hotel are Equal Opportunity Employers - EOE/M/F/D/V
