Salesforce Developer - Health Cloud, Experience Cloud & Sales Cloud

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating with external systems, and supporting business processes within healthcare and customer engagement environments.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and middleware platforms.
- Expertise in Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex classes/triggers.
- Configure and maintain Health Cloud features including patient/member management and care coordination.
- Develop and support Experience Cloud portals for customers, partners, and providers.
- Implement Sales Cloud functionalities including lead management, opportunity management, and sales automation.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and administrators to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
