Job Details Capital Manor Retirement – Salem, OR 97304 – Part‑time Server (Swing Shift) Shift: 3:30pm to 8:00pm, all days available. Start pay: $15 per hour; may increase with experience. Capital Manor is an equal opportunity employer. Responsibilities Serve guests in a fine‑dining environment. Interpret and explain menu items. Coordinate meal service process and respond to guest inquiries. Work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisors, and peers. Maintain courtesy, tact, and graciousness at all times. Qualifications Experience waiting tables in a hotel, restaurant, or club with fine dining preferred. Ability to lift and carry up to 20lb. independently. Ability to push and pull bus carts weighing up to 50lb. independently. Strong communication skills and ability to see, hear, and speak.
