Holiday Specialist

IDR is seeking a Holiday Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Parsippany, New Jersey. This seasonal, hands-on role involves producing, preparing, and installing holiday displays, with a focus on decorating trees, wreaths, and garlands according to established designs. The company operates within the holiday decor and event setup industry, offering a dynamic and festive work environment.

Position Overview for the Holiday Specialist:
Responsible for assembling, decorating, and installing holiday displays including trees, wreaths, garlands, and other seasonal décor.
Ensure all lighting and décor components are functioning properly and follow established design instructions.
Assist with inventory management, warehouse organization, and support outdoor and indoor holiday setup.
Work extended hours during peak season, including nights, weekends, and occasional overnights.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while supporting a positive customer experience.

Requirements for the Holiday Specialist:

• No prior experience required 02 years of holiday design, decorating, installation, warehouse, or similar experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a specific design/layout.
• Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work throughout the day.
• Able to work independently while taking direction from supervisors.
