Location: Carrollton, KY
Start Date: 9/1
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Pay: $2,686/week gross
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, plan, and implement patient‑centered PT treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
Document accurately and timely within EMR systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress and discharge planning
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation goals
