Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scientific engagement strategies aligned with Medical Affairs objectives and territory priorities
- Conduct high-quality two-way scientific exchanges with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders
- Identify and address healthcare provider educational needs through tailored, evidence-based presentations
- Collect and submit actionable insights that inform medical strategy and cross-functional planning
- Support company-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies while responding to clinical inquiries
Requirements
- Advanced scientific or clinical background with expertise in rheumatology or immunology
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and thought leaders
- Strong scientific communication skills with ability to translate complex clinical data
- Experience delivering compliant, objective, non-promotional scientific exchanges
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and emerging technologies including AI applications
