UX Designer, Search Ads 360

Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions). Preferred qualifications: Experience in designing for AI-driven or conversational scenarios, as well as utilizing AI tools to streamline your own design workflow. Ability to manage engaging priorities across multiple engineering teams and time zones, effectively collaborating to align on expectations and project goals. Ability to analyze situations from a broader system level, with the potential and desire to lead complex product redesigns. Excellent presentation skills with the ability of crafting compelling narratives rooted in user insights and data to explain design rationale and build consensus across various teams. US: $132000 - $189000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits Responsibilities Develop user journeys, mockups, prototypes, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas. Translate complex workflows and system designs into elegant conceptual models. Participate in and drive design reviews. Work with a cross-functional team to strategize and build compelling user-centric goals, including organizing people and process for alignment. Pitch and present concepts, proposals, and updates to executive stakeholders and translate complex concepts and interactions into simple, elegant, and coherent design.
