Corridor 109 / Bar 109 is seeking a Server to join our team.

Corridor 109 is a chef-driven, 10–12 seat tasting counter focused on a modern seafood-forward tasting menu. Bar 109 is a separate concept within the same space, offering a full cocktail, wine, and sake program.

We are looking for a hospitality professional who brings exceptional warmth, genuine care for guests, and an extreme attention to detail . A fine dining background is strongly preferred , along with comfort in an intimate, guest-facing environment where table touches, presence, and anticipation of guest needs are essential.

The ideal candidate is intuitive, composed, and deeply hospitality-driven—someone who understands how to read a room, guide an experience, and create memorable moments through thoughtful, precise service, while consistently executing proper steps of service.

Responsibilities:

• Work as a Server under the direction of Chef/Owner Brian Baik and the General Manager to support front-of-house operations across Corridor 109 and Bar 109
• Deliver a highly attentive, personalized guest experience with consistent and thoughtful table touches
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with grace, urgency, and care
• Execute and maintain proper fine dining steps of service at all times
• Assist with daily setup, breakdown, and service execution
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the evolving tasting menu, wine list, and beverage program
• Clearly and confidently communicate dishes, ingredients, and beverage pairings
• Perform a wide range of duties including hosting and bar back support as needed
• Execute detailed opening tasks such as polishing glassware, preparing linens, menu preparation, and dining room readiness
• Maintain awareness of guest allergies, preferences, and special occasions
• Work in close collaboration with the BOH team to ensure seamless service
• Uphold cleanliness and organization across all areas, including dishwashing, glass polishing, and maintaining shared spaces
• Ensure all company standards, service protocols, and health compliance measures are met
• Maintain professionalism in punctuality, appearance, and conduct

Requirements:

• Availability required Thursday through Saturday (please include full availability Tuesday–Saturday)
• Fine dining experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of and commitment to proper steps of service
• Wine and/or sake knowledge is a plus
• A genuine passion for hospitality, with a focus on creating refined, memorable guest experiences
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
• Comfort working in an intimate, high-touch service environment
• Team-oriented mindset with humility and willingness to support all aspects of service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
• Must obtain RBS certification
