Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This part-time contract role, located near Ashland, NE, is tailored to professionals passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of students through direct and indirect support.

This assignment runs from August 13, 2026, to May 19, 2027, with a manageable schedule of 15-16 hours per week, spread across two days. You will use your expertise to deliver thoughtful interventions, collaborating with educational teams to foster each student's communication development.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in Nebraska (or ability to obtain)
• Experience working with middle and high school-aged students, especially those with significant disabilities
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite direct and indirect speech and language services for students with diverse and complex needs
• Conduct student assessments, contribute to IEP meetings, and help develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain confidential and accurate documentation of services and student progress
• Work closely with classroom staff to support generalization of communication skills
• Provide guidance and resources for families and educators
