The Co Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire sales floor and receiving area. The CTL creates and leads a sales team passionate about selling merchandise and ensuring a good associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight. Primary Responsibilities Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and timely completion of related reports to meet financial and operational goals. Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors by providing exceptional associate and customer service, ensuring all company standards are consistently demonstrated. Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations. Develop and execute talent planning to promote associate growth. Ensure proper scheduling and staffing to meet business needs. Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed and any additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid- to large-size retailer. Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonally on a regular basis. Must have a valid driver’s license. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner. Ollie’s is an equal opportunity employer.
