We are seeking a reliable 3rd Shift Lead Sanitation Associate to oversee nightly cleaning and sanitation operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for leading the sanitation team, ensuring compliance with safety and food safety standards, and maintaining a clean, organized facility.
Schedule: 3rd Shift 8PM - 4:30AM, Tuesday - Saturday
Pay: $24
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the sanitation team during nightly operations
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and production areas
- Follow GMP, OSHA, and food safety guidelines
- Communicate and report any issues to management
- Complete sanitation documentation and inspections
- Train team members and promote a safe work environment
Requirements:
- Previous sanitation (specifically wet cleaning of machinery) and leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and GMP standards
- Ability to work overnight shifts and perform physical duties
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
