Recruiter

Responsibilities Recruit high-volume Production Associates across multiple shifts and locations Source, screen, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and priorities Maintain proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers Manage candidates and recruiting activity in the ATS Move candidates quickly through the hiring process Qualifications 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience Production, manufacturing, or warehouse recruiting experience preferred Agency recruiting experience is a plus ATS experience required; iCIMS preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities High school diploma or GED required Bilingual skills are a plus This position is in office in Shelbyville, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p.
