StretchLab, the leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, is seeking a motivated, results-driven Studio Sales Manager to drive membership sales, deliver an exceptional client experience, and help grow our studio.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys talking with people, following up with leads, building relationships, and closing sales.

About Us

Locally owned and operated in the Treasure Valley since 2018, we have three StretchLab studios in Eagle, Boise, and Meridian .

StretchLab specializes in one-on-one assisted stretching designed to help clients improve mobility, flexibility, and movement so they can Live Long and continue doing the things they love.

The Role

As Studio Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to grow the studio.

You will manage the sales process from responding to new leads and booking first visits to understanding each prospect's goals, presenting membership options, and closing the sale.

You'll also support member retention, coach front-desk sales staff, and help ensure the studio runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Membership Growth

• Achieve or exceed monthly membership sales goals
• Respond quickly and consistently to leads by phone, text, and email
• Book and confirm introductory appointments
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand prospects' goals
• Present membership options confidently and close sales
• Follow up with prospects who don't purchase on their first visit
• Track leads, appointments, conversions, and sales activity
• Coach and support sales associates
• Participate in local events and community outreach

Member Experience & Retention

• Build strong relationships with members and prospects
• Provide outstanding service in person and over the phone
• Handle member questions, billing, account changes, freezes, and cancellations
• Proactively follow up with at-risk and inactive members
• Create a positive, energetic, and welcoming studio environment

Studio Operations

• Assist with staff and client scheduling
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reports
• Support inventory and basic administrative tasks
• Maintain studio cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
• Ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed
• Participate in meetings and ongoing sales training

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of demonstrated sales success ; fitness, wellness, membership, or service-based sales strongly preferred
• Goal-driven, competitive, and motivated by measurable results
• Confident selling both in person and over the phone
• Excellent communicator who quickly builds rapport and trust
• Persistent with follow-up without being pushy
• Organized, dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Able to coach others while remaining personally accountable for results
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping people improve their quality of life
