Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Monday-Sunday,5-Days a Week, 8-Hour Shift Between 4:00am-9:00pm PST

Phoenix, Arizona

3-Month Contract with Potential to Extend

What You’ll Do:

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from applicants, petitioners, and their representatives
• Provide clear, accurate information on case status, filing processes, and documentation requirements
• Help callers understand required forms and next steps in their immigration case
• Document every caller interaction accurately and thoroughly in a secure case management database
• Stay current on frequently changing immigration policies and procedures
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to supervisors or specialized teams as needed
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure callers receive consistent, timely support

What We’re Looking For: 

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a federal background check, as employment is contingent on client approval
  • Must pass lifetime criminal background and credit check (no current delinquencies, no student debt, no back taxes) 
• Will require flexibility to support varying schedules, including evenings or weekends, based on operational needs
• Prior customer service or call center experience is required
• Strong verbal communication skills paired with patience and empathy, especially when supporting callers in stressful situations
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, using case management and call center software while talking with callers
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well independently and as part of a team
