About the Company
We’re partnering with a top AmLaw 100 law firm to expand its Real Estate practice in New York and Washington, DC.
The firm is seeking talented real estate attorneys with 3+ years of experience handling sophisticated real estate transactions in a law firm setting.
Positions offered are ranging from Associate to Counsel level.
Responsibilities
- Commercial real estate finance — borrower-side representation
- Commercial real estate finance — lender-side representation
- Residential real estate transactions
This is an excellent opportunity to join a globally recognized platform offering high-level work, strong deal flow, collaborative teams, and highly competitive compensation on the Cravath scale.
Preferred Skills
- Ideal candidates will have strong drafting, negotiation, and deal management experience, along with the ability to work directly with clients on complex transactions.
